Why do we collect this information?

If you engage with us and are attending a workshop or completing any form of profiling diagnostic, the information we collect from you is limited to first name, surname and email address.

Information workshop participants receive from us is limited to:

  • Inviting you to a workshop
  • Sending pre-workshop information necessary to prepare delegates accordingly, including evaluator links and instructions to diagnostics where they form part of a workshop/learning intervention
  • To send PDF copies of any completed diagnostics post-workshop
  • To request your feedback on any workshop/learning intervention post-event


How long do we keep your personal data?

If you are attending a workshop or completing a profile or other diagnostic tool your data may be held securely for up to six years.

If you are a client or supplier, your data will be held securely for sufficient time to meet the needs of the relationship.

If you have opted to receive our newsletter your name and email address will be kept until you unsubscribe

Data Security & Storage

We are committed to ensuring that all and any data we hold is kept secure at all times. We have in place suitable data protection procedures to safeguard and secure all information we hold. All electronic transactions you make to and receive from us are encrypted using SSL technology.

Visiting the Unify Partnership website

You are not required to reveal any personal data when visiting our website unless you complete a contact form, or sign up to a webinar or to receive our newsletter although some cookie recording session data will be collected (please see our Cookie Policy for more information)

When you complete a contact form we will collect the information which you provide to us and process it in accordance with this privacy notice. If you are providing personal data about, or on behalf of, another person, you must make sure that you tell them what you are providing to us and make them aware of this privacy notice before passing any such personal data on to us. You must not provide any personal data to us where you do not have the right to do so.

Who we transfer your personal data to?

We may at times share your personal data with third parties for processing or sub-processing purposes. We undertake a selection process and periodic review in relation to processors and sub-processors. We may also share your personal data with controllers. We enter into data processing agreements with both processors and controllers, as applicable.

We may share your personal data with third parties and for the purposes as set out below:

  • Suppliers based in the EU who provide IT, database and system administration services
  • Associates and partners who provide training services on our behalf
  • We are a licensed distributor of Insights Learning & Development and use profiling tools owned by them in some of our workshops. In this instance, Insights Learning & Development is the Data Controller and Unify Learning & Development Limited (trading as Unify Partnership) is the Data Processor. 8 Type Dashboard

Your data will be stored securely for five years, after which it will be deleted and your access to the dashboard will be revoked. Please apply to hello@unifypartnership.com if you would like your access to the dashboard to be extended.

Where your employer or organisation requests it, to provide them with your “8 Type Preference”, and to display your name on a “Team Wheel” to show where the 8-Type preferences of you and your colleagues sit in relation to each other.

Transfer of Information Outside of the EEA

We do not transfer Personal Data to any territory outside of the EEA. Should this need arise in the future, we would ensure that an adequate level of data protection comparable with to that within the EEA is provided. In addition, we would request the written consent of the Data Controller in advance. All appropriate legal safeguards would be put in place between the Controller & Processor prior to any transfer taking place as required by Applicable Law at the time of necessity.

Your legal rights

You have the legal right to request access, correct, or erase the personal information we hold on you, this is known as a Subject Access Request. To do so, please email SAR@unifypartnership.com. We aim to respond to all requests within 5 working days.
