Complimentary Programme Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions cover our complimentary Self-Awareness and Teamworking Skills programme in 2024.

The programme is organised and managed by Unify Learning & Development Limited, a company limited by guarantee registered in England & Wales with company number 13783464, whose registered office is Suite 11, Merley House, Merley House Lane, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 3AA.

Programme Eligibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this programme is only available to employed leaders or managers of organisations or teams. Your business email address is required to register.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, only one person per organisation is permitted to attend.

Successful registrants may not offer their place to anyone else without prior written approval by us.

If you have already experienced an Insights workshop or profile but are not under contract directly with Insights or another Insights distributor, you will still be considered for the program although may not be eligible for a complimentary Insights Discovery profile. This will be assessed on an individual basis.

If your organisation currently partners directly with Insights Learning and Development you will not be permitted access to this program.

Places on this programme are limited but may be extended according to demand.

All applications to register for the programme are subject to availability. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or delay any application for a place on the programme. Your registration is not complete until we have confirmed your place by email.

Should you be unable to attend this programme for any reason including cancellation by us, you are not eligible for financial remuneration.

If you register for this programme as a representative on behalf of an attendee, you confirm that you have authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the named individual. You shall also ensure the named individual attending the programme is made aware of and shall be bound by these Terms.

Masterclass
By registering for a masterclass you commit to attend and participate at the time agreed.

You must notify us of any specific accessibility requirements at the time of registration by email to hello@unifypartnership.com.

Should you need to reschedule, you must contact hello@unifypartnership.com at least 48 hours prior to the masterclass.

It is not permitted for attendees to record the masterclass by photo, video, sound recording or any other method.

We reserve the right to exclude from any masterclass any individual whose name does not appear on our register of Participants at the start of the Event.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to make changes to the advertised timing and or location of the masterclass or to cancel the masterclass.

While speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speaker and/or topics.

Insights Discovery Personal Profile and Debrief
By completing the Insights Online Preference Evaluator you agree that you will attend and participate in a virtual profile debrief with a qualified Insights Discovery licenced practitioner.

A profile debrief is offered free of charge as part of this programme, but at all other times there is a charge for both profile and debrief.

You must notify us of any specific accessibility requirements when arranging your debrief by email to the practitioner conducting your debrief.

Should you need to reschedule, you must contact the practitioner conducting your profile debrief at least 48 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to delay access to, make changes to, postpone or cancel debrief sessions at any time.

Unify Team Assessment
Once your place has been confirmed on a masterclass, your email address will be registered on the Unify Team Assessment platform to generate an invitation for you to complete an online survey.

Materials

All intellectual property rights of materials used throughout the programme, including but not limited to slides, models, methods and approaches, our name and logo, belong to Insights Learning and Development Ltd or Unify Learning & Development Ltd. You have no right to use, copy, distribute or exploit these materials without our prior written consent.

Pricing

The entire Complimentary Self-Awareness and Teamworking Skills programme is free to attend for successful applicants.

There is no obligation to purchase any of our products or services beyond the programme; however, if you would like to partner with us in future we will provide a full proposal and quote for your consideration.

The indicative per-person price stated in our marketing materials is a guideline only. Prices vary according to team size and programme content/duration.

How we use your data

We commit to complying with all applicable requirements of Data Protection Laws.

We will use your personal data only for the purpose of providing services in relation to the programme, including, but not limited to registration, communications, feedback and quality checks under the terms of our privacy policy.

When completing optional questionnaires as part of this programme you will be presented with specific terms and conditions relating to those questionnaires.

If you would like your data to be removed from any data storage relating to this programme, please email SAR@unifypartnership.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
